    Discconect: Charts not updating

    When the Internet connection goes down, and then comes back up, I can see that NT has reconnected to Kinetick, but the current chart that is open never updates... any suggestions? The only way to fix it is to manually disconnect from Kinetick and then connect again.

    Hello trend747,

    Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Does the chart receive real-time data?

    Are you able to reproduce this consistently? I disconnected my machine from the internet on my end for a few seconds. Once connected to the internet again, NinjaTrader automatically reconnects and the chart received real-time data again.
