MBTrading Charts Problem

Hello community,

I need your help please.
I have demo account with MB-Trading. The problem is that I can’t configure the chart to view graphics minutes, example:

Chart 60 minutes, only show 40 bars
Chart 30 minutes, only show 80 bars
Chart 15 minutes, only show 160 bars
But daily chart show 259 bars (acceptable)

Hi Héctor_Elephant,

Thank you for posting.

Based on what I'm seeing in the images, some bars are being excluded by the session template which is currently in place. To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

Well don´t work. I does that all you tell me. I try with all “Session Template” but no one work. I try to change the zone UTC, UTC-1, UTC-2, UTC-3… …n. And don’t work.

Is strange, because, I have other PC with the same ninja , same MB-Trading demo account, and before too, I had the same problem.

I don´t not remember that what i does, but It worked.. jajaja, now I don’t know to do.

With the Default 24/7 template in place, please right click in the chart and select Reload All Historical Data. If the missing data does not load, please let me know.

Hello Héctor_Elephant,

Please middle-mouse click on the oldest bar in the chart and provide me with the date and time of that bar.

Likewise, please tell me which timezone your PC uses.

I couldn't quite make out the databox values - in the future, please provide just the values instead of an image.

Does box show today's date, then 19th, or the 17th or 18th?

The image was too small for me to tell what numbers were used - it looks like it may be showing 19/7/2011 in the databox as the date of the last bar. I need you to confirm that since I cannot quite tell from looking at the image.

Well the data is:

D: 18/07/2011
T: 00:00

(always the case... begin with 00:00)
If I click in reload all history sometimes minus appear bars... so rare!

The other data disappear (Price, Hi, low etc...)

Hi. I'm having the same problem were some charts will show 8hr's and other charts only show 6hr's. I thought changeing to the 24/7 had fixed the problem but today it is still doing it. I switched from MBT to Kinetic and it did not change anything.

What do you mean by 'minus bars'?
Do bars go missing, or are you actually seeing bars which include negative price values?
