    Yahoo Feed (FTSE) Bad Prints

    Hi,

    I am using Yahoo EOD feed on FTSE stocks

    Today (20th of July , 2011) I seem to be getting bad prints coming through that are distorting the chart - how can I eliminate these bad prints coming through...

    Hello SeanSnax,

    I tested the BLND.L on my end and I do not experience the bad tick for last daily price bar. Instead I experience a bad tick as per the 6/29 daily bar.

    Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Does it correct the bad tick?

    If not, please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab and check if you can correct the High for the last daily price bar. Please see the link below under 'How to edit historical data' for instructions to correct data in the Historical Data Manager.

      I have data up to the 19th July only, I cant edit the 20th.

        The chart is updating intrabar even though I have EOD feed

          Is there some setting under Tools>Options that I have not set corectly.

          Remember I am using a EOD feed for Yahoo I am not subscribed for it!

            I did not display a 7/20 bar on my end. Can you please delete all BLND.L data in the Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab.

            Close NinjaTrader and go to (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db-->cache and delete the entire content of the cache folder.

            Start NinjaTrader, connect to Yahoo and create a brand new BLND.L chart. Check if the issue persists.

              Still getting data feed on 20th July thats updating intrabar and out of price range.
              Do you have remote access.

                Can you please tell me what time zone is used as per your PC clock and what session template you have selected in the BLND.L chart.

                Please send me your log and trace files for today as well. You can find these files at the following locations.

                C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20110720 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

                C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20110720 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
