Disconnect / Reconnect

Getting an a lot of disconnects and instant reconnects today. Have never had this happen before. Using Amp and CQG live account.

Anyone else seeing this?

Thank you for your post and for reporting.

We have not yet seen numerous reports with CQG this morning.

In order for me to help determine why this is occurring, I will need to review your log and trace files from the last date that this occurred.

Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files, Attn: Matthew in the Subject line and a reference to this thread.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named ‘log.20110725.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named ‘trace.20110725.txt’

Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.

We have just received report this morning that CQG is having a server side issues where user may be disconnected every ~30 minutes and reconnected.

We have been notified that it is a server side issue and CQG is working to resolve the issue ASAP.

I'm still having this issue. Any word when it will be or if it has been fixed. Do we have to do anything on our end if it has been fixed?

There was a fix implemented, however we have not had confirmation that all users have been resolved.

Please go to Help--> Mail to support and send us an email with the log and trace files attached so we can look into this further.

Just did what you suggested, it did not resolve the issue. Still getting disconnect/connect issue every hour.

I've started to experience the same disconnect/reconnect cycle (once per second) a few times over the past week or so.

Should I send Log/trace files to support? Attention to whom?

Yes, please send us log and trace files. Simply reference this thread and anyone on our support staff can give you a hand.
