    problem in EUR/USD

    Hi there,


    since yday, the chart EUR/USD is not loading july 13th, making impossible to calculate indicators and strategy analizar properly.

    is there any solution?

        josechu, I see no issue in my testing here for minute / daily data - what chart / timeframe / session template were you using?

        Are you on latest NT7 R6 with TWS 917 here?

          I've restarted several times the NT and now it has fixed the error.

          but note that 2 days in a row the chart has missed one day!!

              josechu, what versions do you now run and which timeframes are you working with as this happens? You can check the version # under Help > About and in TWS via Help > About TraderworkStation.

              It would also help us if you could email us via the Help > Mail to Support feature so we have access to your log & trace files from the application for review.

                TWS version: don't know as it's not shown

                  Can you please PM me the ticket # you got assigned from our system?

                  For NT7 : I would suggest upgrading to latest NT7 R6 via Help > Download Site.

                  For this version you would then want to use TWS 917 per our IB connection guide :

                  After ensuring you're on those releases, please recheck the issue you ran into.
