TT historical futures data?

Hello,

I'm connected to TT over Velocity and don't have historical data at all. I would need 3-4 days back only for day trading pre-analysis, how is this to be solved?

I have read various statements here, e.g. this thread:

"That is correct Trading Technologies does not provide historical data themselves. However as a courtesy NinjaTrader records data to their servers for customer use."

How do I access these data?

The data provider overview again lists TT as historical minute data provider:

How can I access minute data for a few days back at logon time? (Having a constant uptime is not feasible for now.)

This will depend on the license key you are using and the instrument you are attempting to access.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) The instrument you are attempting to load
3.) Your license key which can be found under Help-->About
