Can only get NT to run as Administrator

I have had Ninja Trader running normally on a new Windows 7 computer. It just started behaving strangely, so I shut it down and tried to restart it. After doing so, it refuses to open. Before I get to the Control Center, I get the Windows 7 box "NinjaTrader application has stopped working". The problem details are:
    Description:
    Stopped working
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: CLR20r3
    Problem Signature 01: ninjatrader.exe
    Problem Signature 02: 7.0.1000.6
    Problem Signature 03: 4df0568b
    Problem Signature 04: mscorlib
    Problem Signature 05: 2.0.0.0
    Problem Signature 06: 4d8cdc57
    Problem Signature 07: 349e
    Problem Signature 08: 1f7
    Problem Signature 09: System.UnauthorizedAccess
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

I have tried restarting the computer, repairing the installation of NT, reinstalling NT and I still get the same problem.

If I run NT as administrator, it opens OK, but I understand that is not recommended to do as standard practice. It was definitely not necessary previously.

Do you have any suggestion as to what is going on?

    Thanks.

      Chris:

As I was getting the files you requested, I noticed that Windows 7 said I did not have access to them, but offered to let me take control of them. I then checked the other primary subfolders in the ..\NinjaTrader\ folder and took control of several of them. After I did this, everything seemed to work normally.

I had done a restore yesterday into some of those folders from my previous computer. I don't know why that would have changed the permissions, but apparently it did.

      Thanks for your help.
