Exchange time

Hi, Ninjas,

With many charts opened in NT, can I configure each chart to show in its own exchange time, even though my computer is on NYC time?

Will Daylight savings time be automatically used for the exchange corresponding timezone of each chart?

Thanks for your note.

NinjaTrader will use the PC's timezone for the time displayed in your charts, so only one setting is possible. Daylight savings will be accounted for automatically.

Wow, that's really quick response. Appreciate that.

Let me see if I understand this correctly. I'm currently using esignal as a data feed. I open a chart for both CL #F (crude oil futures traded in NY time) and GC #F (gold futures in Chicago time), and my computer is in NY time. So both charts will be displayed in NY time?

If I have another chart (HSI futures) that is from Hong Kong which doesn't have Daylight savings, what happen to the time in HSI during the daylight saving/standard time transitions?

Hi CTAtrader,

1.) Both charts would use new york time.

2.) The daylight savings policy of the timezone the PC uses is used.
