    problem connecting to historical data server

    Hi, I registered a demo account with CQG. I can view real-time data in SuperDom, but when it cannot get any historical data. Seems it has problem connecting with the historical market data server. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

    The errors in your logs indicate you have been disconnected from the historical data server.

    Please try disconnected and reconnecting to CQG to reestablish a connection. You may need to restart NinjaTrader to successfully reconnect.

    If you see further issues, I would advise restarting your PC as well as any network hardware such as a modem or router.

    Please let me know if you need further assistance.
