Is there a way of suppressing warnings when optimising?

Is there a way of suppressing the message :

Optimization range decreased. The parameter settings exceed the
maximum number of test combinations. For a complete optimization
covering the full range please increase the increment steps on your
parameters.

When doing walk forward optimisation it just sits there waiting for someone to press ok between optimisations.

How many parameters are you optimizing! Can ou reduce the number of indicators your optimizing would be best way for error to go away and not to cause issues. This is the reason this error is here.

I too get this message, but get satisfactory results on regular Optimization runs, which means you guys are doing a good job in decreasing the search space without too much penalty.
The problem is, as markyb0y pointed out, is Walk Forward Optimizations, which pop up this warning between each optimization interval, meaning that leaving the optimization to run unattended is impossible.
This is a very limiting feature which for all actual purposes prevents me from using Walk Forward Optimizations, which is a shame.
I would ask the NT team to fix this so the warning for optimization reduction on WF optimizations be made only once, in the beginning of the optimization.

It would also be a nice feature to know how the optimization interval were decreased (e.g. by writing in parenthesis the actual Min/Max/Interval used for each parameter, or in the settings tab

Thanks for the post.

The message is here and needs to be shown if you run into the limitation. If you get the message once please cancel the optimization and reduce optimization run size. This way you can leave the optimization to run on its own without issue.

There is a limit to the number of optimization runs you can do.
