Is there any way to make Ninjatrader "feel" that there are new quotes in the database and automatically uppdate the charts? I feels a little bit odd to have to shutdown the worskpace every time there are new quotes.

Importing historical data - how to refresh charts?
As I have the problem of finding a feed providing EOD quotes for swedish stock, I have to use o third party downloader and then - for each and every day - import the data using the Historical data manager. However, as I have imported the new data successfully I have to shut down my workspace and then reload it to make the charts up to date.

Hello JakobR,
I see, thank you for clarifying. This will not work since you are not connected to a data feed.
Unfortunately, I do not see a quicker way than reloading your workspace to have your charts update with the imported data. If you import data manually in NinjaTrader, you will need to reload the chart to have it updated with the imported data. The quickest way would be to reload your workspace.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
