    Loading Data to NT

    Hi,

I want to load historical data for a German symbol from a file I made in the correct NT tick format.
First I added the symbol, ALVG.DE, to the 'Instrument Manager' and configured the correct time session for the instrument.
When I try to import the data through the 'Historical Data Manager' I get the following error: "ALVG.DE.LAST.txt'. Instrument is not supported by repository."

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hello,

Issue is the .DE in the name it throughs off the processing. take that out and it will import to the ALVG and create a master instrument that is just named ALVG or ALVGDE without the period.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

I did what you say but I get the same error message.
I deleted the .DE and deleted the entries I made in the 'Instrument Manager' but the error is the same.
      Any other suggestion?
I can send you the file for testing as well.

        Hello,

Did you make sure that there is an instrument called

        ALVG

        In the isntrument manager.

Also, you xcan take the last out of there and just call it ALVG.txt as it will default to the last traded price type anyways. Just to make sure nothing is causing us issues.

I look forward to assisting you further.

          Thanks Brett.

Deleting the Last solved the problem.
