Some charts work some freeze

I just upgraded to NT 7.0.1000.6 and am using GAIN for the data feed. I've noticed that when opening multiple charts with multiple instruments some charts continue to update and some freeze. EURUSD and EURGBP always seems to update and stream but EURNZD and GBPCHF freeze when the chart opens and doesn't update. I've tried different types of charts with the same result.

Thank you for your post.

It could be that you have corrupt historical or cache data.

Please use the steps I have provided below to delete your historical data:

• Disconnect from your data provider
• Tools-> Historical Data Manager-> Edit tab
• Select the instrument ->Right mouse click-->Delete
• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents -> NinjaTrader 7 -> db folder -> cache folder
• Select all files-->Right mouse click-->Delete
• Open NinjaTrader
• Connect
• Open a new chart

What happens if you reload all historical data? Right click in your chart -> Reload All Historical Data

Does the chart continue updating in real time or only show the back fill of historical data.

on the instruments that aren't streaming ->reload all historical data backfills the missing historical data but still doesn't stream. on the instruments are are streaming everything works as it is supposed to

Do you see any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?

Usually when we see this behavior it means that your account is not enabled for live data for these instruments.

If this is the case, please contact your broker to verify that you are able to receive live data for these Forex pairs.

There are no errors in the log tab. I will check with my broker, but I find it very unlikely that they would have ceased providing live data for forex pairs I've been receiving live data on for years.

Cameron, you were correct. I have no idea why (neither does GAIN) that occurred. Thanks for your help.
