    Problem with historical data MB Traiding

    Hello,

    I've got some problems with data loading (MB Trading).

    When I open my workspace (2 charts -- 10 and 30 min., ES 09-11) I receive data and see it on 10 min. chart, but there is only 1 bar on 30 min. chart.

    I get the error window - "Error on loading chart data for 'ES 09-11 Globex':Error (errClienSideRecv) on loading historical data".

    At the same time the data for ^SP500 loads fine.

    Please, find attachment with a screenshot.

    Also, most of the time I've got problems with loading daily charts (^SP500 and ES 09-11). Some days are missing, only the part of price range is on the chart etc.)

    Could I have any suggestions, please?

    Hello JustJoker, what NT7 / MBT Navigator version are you using here in this setup?

    There were recently changes on MBT's datafarm impacting NT's ability to satisfy historical data requests, at the current point in time we're working with MBT on improving this situation, but I would unfortunately not have an ETA here.

    A workaround would be for example connecting to our preferred datafeed provider Kinetick first to backfill your historical data - www.kinetick.com

      Hello!
      Thank you for the reply.

      I use NT 7.0.1000.7 and MBT Desktop 11.8.0.40

      I reinstalled MBT Desktop (from Ninjatrader support site) a couple of minutes ago and it seems work fine.

          The same issue. Still does not show data on 30 min chart.

          Sure, I'll get Kinetic after my real account is opened (I use demo now).

            Hello,

            The problem is only with 30 and 60 minute and yearly charts data. The rest default time intervals seem work fine.

              Thanks for reporting back, that could unfortunately be the case at this point in time as the datafarm issues / changes are still being looked into. For the daily data backfill, you could use the free Kinetick End Of Day connection setup in NT per default as well.
