Cant delete BUY STP order off chart

I have been using Chart Trader. The other day I placed a BUY STP order on one of my charts via Chart Trader.

For some reason it remains on the chart even though I closed the trade before it triggered. On the orders page it is has "PendingSub" as its state. It even remains when I exit NinjaTrader completely.

How do I remove this dead order?

Hello Steve,

First, if this is a live trade please contact your broker to manage the position.
Once you have closed the position with your broker please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.

• To repair your database please go to Tools -> Options -> Data -> and click Repair DB.

If this does not remove the order then the order will be removed when your broker resets their servers.

If the order was submitted to the sim101 account please reset the sim101 account.

• To reset the sim101 account please go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator--> and click Reset

I see many "pendingSub" under "Orders" tab. Those orders timestamp is 3/14/14. Today is 3/21/14.

Thank you for your post.

Who are you connecting to? This is shown in green in the lower left corner of the Control Center.

In the "Orders" tab of the Control Center, is the same "OCO" ID number listed for each of these orders? If so, I recommend disconnecting, and reconnecting to your broker.
