    not receiving license key

    I'd been demo'ing NT, then opened and funded an account. Applied for the free license last Thursday just after 12:00PM ET, but never got it. Contacted my broker, AMP, and they said to re-submit. Re-submitted on Friday afternoon, and still no word?! Help?

    Hi Jack, welcome to our forums and sorry to hear about the wait time on the key - have you checked into your spam folders as well so see if the welcome email would have gotten trapped there?
