    64 bit shortcut start error

hello, this is not a connecting issue, rather 64 bit shortcut program start issue
after my first upgrade to version 7, 64 bit version worked fine, now after subsequent upgrade only 32 bit works, the following error appears when trying to trigger the 64 bit version

    Description:
    Stopped working

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: CLR20r3
    Problem Signature 01: ninjatrader.exe
    Problem Signature 02: 7.0.1000.7
    Problem Signature 03: 4e4e603b
    Problem Signature 04: mscorlib
    Problem Signature 05: 2.0.0.0
    Problem Signature 06: 4d4cbca7
    Problem Signature 07: 35df
    Problem Signature 08: 5c
    Problem Signature 09: System.IO.FileNotFoundException
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

-------- I start and connect the 32 bit version to IB platform 918.8 with no issues
I don't have SP1 installed, but I am not aware if some other windows or IB update in the background has created an issue for the 64 bit to open
I have done the uninstall-install routine, any comments appreciated

    IB Connection

    Al,

Thank you for posting. Currently NinjaTrader supports TWS 917, which can be downloaded at: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad...tall_917_8.exe . Please first uninstall the current version, then download this one and install it.

      thank you for response Caleb,
I have now re- installed previous IB platform, now TWS 917.8
I regret to say that the 64 bit remains blocked with error
32 bit shortcut/program opens, runs, connects fine to 917.8
I still get this message from 64 bit shortcut, the program does not open

        Hi Al NJT,

Thanks for trying the other version.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com.

In the note, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.
You will find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file I need is named 'trace.20110830.txt'.

              64 Bit Issues

I'm running Windows 7, 64 bit. The 64 bit version of NT 7 will not load. I'm getting the same error message as the posts below. I have made exclusions on my firewall and A/V. Tried renaming the NinjaTrader.sdf file and that didn't help. Looks like it is a SQL issue, but I really don't know how to fix that. Need some help to get NT 7 running.

              Thanks, Cal
