"AMP: Disconnect enforced due to undesired CQG API state.

7pm PST:
NT Support: "I am seeing the same behavior here and am hearing the same
reports from other users. Based on the hour of the day, I'd expect that this is
a server maintenance period."

a 'server maintenance period' ?????

first I've experienced or heard of 'server maintenance period' during the trading day
anyone know if this has happened before ?

hi, I was having the same problem.

I found a work around until NT pushes updated DLLs, you can install CQG trader, run it to so it updates, then copy all the CQG.*.dll files to C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7\bin. (bin64 if you use 64 bit..)

Once I did this I was able to connect

actually, I spoke too soon, after doing this logging in works but market data is behaving very abnormal for markets that are currently open (globex etc are not updating correctly..) so I'm not sure I trust it enough to try trading eurex open as such

We are seeing several reports of this behavior this evening. CQG is currently investigating and we hope to know more as the evening goes on. We willl update this thread when more information becomes available.

I'm new to CQG and remember the connection problems a few weeks back. And now this,
can't connect since 3 am central. Is CQG normally dependable?
