    Unable to see chart 1 tick

    Hey all, I am wanting to watch Oil and Euro in a 1 tick format. I have removed (manually each time of course) the chart trader, but am unable to view the 1tick chart. Each time I try to view it this way, it stalls and Data Series (NOT RESPONDING)

    Any suggestions or help here please?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please tell me what version of NinjaTrader you have installed which can be found under Help-->About.

    What is displayed in the lower right hand corner of the Control Center and how many days are you attempting to load within your chart?

      Version is 7.0.1000.7 (live) and lower right hand corner of control panel? HUH? Lower left of control panel says connected - CQG. As to how many day? I am trying to load 3 days.

        In the lower right hand corner is anything showing as loading or Saving?

          On which part? Control Center? If control center, than no. nothing is showing there. But I can save workspaces no problem

            Please use the steps I have provided below to delete your historical data:
            • Close NinjaTrader
            • Documents
            • NinjaTrader 7
            • Open the db folder
            • Open the Cache folder and delete all files within this folder
            • Go back to the db folder
            • Open the Tick folder and delete all files within this folder
            • Repeat this procedure for the Day as well as Minute folders
            • Restart NinjaTrader

            Open a new 1 Tick chart loading only 1 day of data and let me know if the chart then loads.

              Thank you for your help. NOPE. still didn't work. So now I have backed up all the files in case I need to delete NT 7 and reinstall it.

                I can get it successfully to 5 ticks, but not 1 tick with only 1 day of information loaded.

                  Please close all your open workspaces by going to the Control Panel-->File-->Workspaces-->Close Workspace

                  After you have closed all workspaces please create a new workspace by going to the Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->New Workspace

                  Within the new workspace please open a new 1 Tick chart with no template or indicators applied and let me know if this chart loads correctly.

                        Please open a new Workspace then close the other existing Workspace and attempt to open a new chart at that time.

                          I am trying to do that, closing all workspaces but one, and , but am unsuccessful. It keeps coming up with NOT RESPONDING.
