Unknown Instrument on FTI (AEX Index)

    Hi there!
I´m triying to download daily bars data from AEX-Index Future with Kinetick, but got this error:

"Error on reloading data: Unable to load historical data: unknown instrument (Panic)"

I´ve tried to edit Instrument properies, and I´ve seen that in Misc tab there is no Symbol for Kinetick supplier.

Anybody knows where to find the proper symbol for this instrument, and also a complete symbol map?

    I just could find this:

, but there is not AEX Instrument.

Any other ideas of how to solve this issue?

    Thank you so much,
    Regards,
    D.

share_holder, welcome to our forums - the AEX would unfortunately not be supported with Kinetick.

I guess these products are not available too:

-Ice WTI Light Sweet Crude Oil
      -ICE Gasoline oil
      -FTSE/MIB Index

Any other free- eod data supplier for them¿?

For the ICE products, please try the BRN / GAS for example we setup in NT.

For the FTZE try the Z symbol, the MIB30 not be available on Kinetick.

Well, actually FTSE/MIB is the product I need now, from Borsa Italiana Exchange.
FTSE100 is from LIFFE, and it works great (they both are different products, as you know)

BRN is not WTI Light Sweet Crude Oil.
BRN is Brent Crude Oil, which works great.

But WTI (WTIC name) and GAS are not supported, aparently

          Thank you

Thanks for the clarification, for the WTIC try the CRD symbol as mapping for Kinetick, the GAS symbol for Kinetick would be EPI. You can change an enter those in NT's instrument manager for the master instruments, after a map change > please restart NT.

              Thank you.
Now it works, but in WTI it just gets EOD data of a few bars (2-5 bars for each contract).
Where can I find a list for looking for the correct symbols?

You can search for all Kinetick symbol maps in this link above.

What merge settings are you using for the daily contract? Would you see the same with the ##-## expiry?

                Thanks,

Merge policy for each Product is "Use Global Settings"

But I´m downloading the contracts from different maturities months, without building the continous.
I´m comparing between daily bars from Kinetick and mine, which I´ve created from 5 seconds ticks from IB and the proper session template.

Just having troubles with some products here

If you would like to compare the individual expiries, please select 'DoNotMerge' as policy for those symbols, then reload your historical daily data from Kinetick with a right click on the chart > Reload....

                      Thanks Bertrand,
Why are all of this instruments not available for Kinetick?
I´ve found many others, such as Hang Seng, KOSPI 200, ASX SPI, MSCI Taiwan Index...
