NJ not receiving OCO order confirmation from IB

    NJ not receiving OCO order confirmation from IB

    For about the last 2 weeks, some of my orders executed in NJ get entered correctly, but NJ doesn't get the confirmation back from IB on either the OCO stoploss or profit target, and I get the NJ error message. I then have to resort to manually handling the orders, either through NJ Order screen or IB's order ticket. Any ideas on what may be going wrong? Happening on ZB, ES and ER2 & YM...Order strategies execute perfectly one daythen not the next...

    Different topic altogether, is the 3 market depth data feed limit a NJ thing or an IB thing? Would really be nice if could have up to 4, as I trade up to that number of contracts, sometimes concurrently.

      I would like to know what's in that forum link because I couldn't view it now. I am having problem with IB OCA/OCO error. After the entry order gets filled then of course stop and target will be submitted with the same OCO as a bracket but it will only goes up to accepted then in the next status update it will be rejected because of 'OCA Group (401)' error. OCO code for sure is unique even added the time of the bar so that it would be unique but still it reject it for the same 'OCA Group (401)' reason.

        Thanks for your post.

        The thread is 11 years old so it is possible on the older threads in the forums that the links in them may no longer connect to the original content. After digging about, here is the link to the old thread http://web.archive.org/web/200602130...orum2/467.html
        I would not recommend using any of the older links in there though as that was for many versions of both NT and IB TWS ago and would not be relevant to today.

        What version of Ninjatrader are you using? (Help>about)
