Hangs up big time.

    Hangs up big time.

    This morning when we had PMI news out NT7 froze big time I couldn't even close the program.

    It's 64 bit 7.0.1000.7 version and I had 6 charts with 3 instrument including ES running at the time.

    The computer's on windows 7 home premium service pack 1 and has AMD phenom quad at 2.6 and 6 gb ram.

    I have minimal softwares installed on this computer and was running google chrome at the time.

    Any reason can be found and possibly a solution?

    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) Your most current trace and log files.

    You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

    Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

    I look forward to assisting you further with this issue.

      Could someone please follow up on this?
      I still have the same problem after following the instruction.
      Even the lower spec-ed notebook of mine handles the surge of date inflow better than my
      better spec-ed desktop that I'm having trouble with.

                    Unfortunately it does not appear the email came thru. Do you happen to see a ticket number within your email? This would be a six digit number.
