WTF!!!! Ninja Loads but no Control Center Window nor Charts

    Help Anyone - FAST!

I have the 64 bit Version of NT 7 running on a
Quad Core System with 5GB of DDR3 memory and
    Windows 7 Pro OS
I'm running ONLY TWO indicators on ONE CHART: Market Balance from Fin-Alg.com and hVWAP

I'm concurrently running ONLY eSignal 11

Over the past few weeks, NT has taken to deleting the chart periodically.

Today - an hour ago - NT FROZE and the control panel was non responsive so I had to force a shutdown via the system... When I relaunched NT, NADA! No CP or Chart!!!

Task Manager showed that NT was running!

Fortunately, I have NT running on another system so I'm not blind, but I use Volume at Price to monitor the market action and time trades... Also fortunate, I finished my trading earlier before things fell apart!

I uninstalled NT and reinstalled it and shut down eSignal and relaunched NT still no sign of NT although Task Manager says it's running.

The Volume at Price chart is my most important and I'm dead in the water without it... Any ideas as to why NT won't come up even though Task Manager says it's running...

    This is REALLY FRUSTRATING!

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

    TIA

    dmking,

Sorry to hear of your frustration.

In order for me to help determine why this is occurring, I will need to review your log and trace files from the last date that this occurred.

Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files, Attn: Matthew in the Subject line and a reference to this thread.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    • The log file will be named ‘log.20110902.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named ‘trace.20110902.txt’

Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.
