MBTrading or Interactive with NT?

Hello,

I'm opening the real account to trade futures. During the process I've found some posts here about problems with MBTrading and InteractiveBrokers connections (NT7).

As soon as I'm in the middle of opening an account with both of them, please (please, please) -

- post any recommendations and suggestions concerning the matter;
- any recommendations about the one of the mentioned brokers to choose from to trade futures (ES) with NT7.

Unfortunately, I am not in a position to provide recommendations which supported broker partner to use - this would not be fair against our other broker partners. I suggest to check our forum (or other forums) for user experiences regarding the various supported broker partners.

not to close the account just after the opening.

Hello Sergey,

The link you refer handles a known issue with IB when you have a FA account with them. If you do not have a FA account, you will not experience this issue.

Unfortunately, due to a bug in TWS, you will not be able to select the account in TWS' account selector once you are connected to IB in NinjaTrader.

It refers to a Financial Advisors account. These accounts consist of a master account and multiple sub accounts. More information can be found on IB's website at the link below.
