Error loading chart data in an optimization

Hi,

I am getting a message box (actually about 1,238,349) saying there is an error loading chart data - the server is busy, sorry Charlie...

Out of curiosity, why would I be trying to get data from one of your servers for a backtest in the middle of an optimization that has been running for many, many iterations already?

Isn't that data already on my machine somewhere? This is not to mention I have chart data for this symbol on a chart as we speak.

System architecture is an interesting and difficult subject but this seems a bit out of line; am I doing something obviously wrong?

I have attached one of the message boxes (it would be a bit redundant to attach all 1,238,349 of them).

Thanks for the forum post.

This is expected in current design. The only way to prevent this from occuring would be to disconnect from all feeds. This would tell NinjaTrader not to attempt to download data (NinjaTrader detects that it missing data and tried to download it and fails on each optimize).
