Market replay stopped working

I am getting the following error message "There is no market data available to drive the simulation engine"

I was praticing trading 9/1/11....it seemed to be working fine...then I lost any information in the DOM. I have confirmed that data is available from 8/24 to 9/8 on the replay control button. I have disconnected and reconnected. I have shut down NT and restarted. Also...I'm trying to trade 6E 09-11.

Yes Brett....the error shows up no matter what day I try. My charts will populate with the appropriate candles....but nothing shows up in the DOM...and there seems to be no real-time data in the control center.

Hello,

Sounds like you may not have the replay data for thsi date and there is no live data. Only the historical data. is loaded from the historical database.

Can you please right click on the market replay slider and select available instruments and expand out the instrument you are trying to play. Does it list data for this time frame.?

OMG! You're a genious! I had no clue that I had to "expand" the instrument to see what was loaded. (I am obviously a new user.)

The replay control shows From: 8/24/2011 To: 9/8/2011....so I thought it included everything in between!!

I've spent several frustrating hours on this....but I am now a happy camper.
