Failed to download Ninjatrader

Hi: after experiencing some issues with installing custom 3rd party indicators on my machine running NT 7, I decided to wipe the slate clean, and uninstall NT and then reinstall. However, upon attempting to reinstall using the latest setup.exe downloaded from your site, a prompt almost immediately tells me 'Failed to download NinjaTrader'. I notice some mention in these forums of an alternate download link...can I get this link, or is there something else I should try?

nevermind. looks like i was able to clear this up by just removing all browsing history from my browser.
