    Gold Datafeed Problems

    Hi

    Anyone else experiencing datafeed problems with the GC 12-11 gold futures contract today?
    My chart basically doesn't move, I only get to see price movements when I reload all historical data.

    If the charts do not receive data after checking the items at the link above, please send me the answers of the questions that are listed. Make sure 'End date' is set to today's date as well.

      Thanks for your reply. I checked everything that you suggested in the link, but it still doesn't work.

      Here are my answers to your questions: (I trade many different markets and all datafeeds are fine, Gold is the only one that does't work. What's more, it used to work until yesterday no problem and I haven't changed a thing since then.

      a) Which datafeed/broker connection are you connected to? Also, in which connection sequence (i.e. I connect to Kinetick and then IB)?
      Zen Fire. Auto-connect on startup

      b) Do you receive any data for the instrument in the Control Center or SuperDOM?
      No

      c) Which instrument are you attempting to receive data for?
      GC 12-11

      d) Can you re-produce this behavior? Could you please provide exact steps.
      No

      e) What happens when you close your chart and open a New Chart under File > New > Chart?
      Nothing.

      f) Have you installed any 3rd Party NinjaTrader indicators/strategies? If yes, please specify which ones and of which version (if possible).
      No

        Thank you for clarifying.

        Can you please disconnect from Zen-Fire and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments.

        Restart NinjaTrader, connect to Zen-Fire and check if you now receive real-time data for the GC 12-11 instrument.
