Xetra Dax Symbol from IB

    Xetra Dax Symbol from IB

    I can´t find the right symbol to open Dax Xetra Charts. On IB Tradestation the symbol is "Dax" but it´s not working through NT. Help highly appreciated, thx!

    This instrument will be listed as FDAX within the NinjaTrader Instrument Manager. I have provided a link below to our Help Guide that goes over Adding/Removing Instruments.

        The Index will be listed as DAX within the Instrument Manager. If you do not receive data within the Orders tab of the Control Center please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:
        • Disconnect
        • Tools
        • Options
        • Data tab
        • Reset Instruments
        • Restart NinjaTrader
        • Remove ^DAX from your Default instrument list and add it back in
        • Reconnect

          Hi,thx! I tried that already but it´s only showing the trading hours 15.30-17.30 and not 9.00-17.30?

            are you referring to data on your chart only displayed from 15:30-17:30? If so can you tell me what interval chart you have loaded and also are you connected to a Live IB account or a Demo IB account?

                flxxx, thanks for the info - what session template are you using then on this 1 minute chart? Can you try for example using the Default 24/7 one to see all available data offered for this index?
