    Crash when opening superdom or basic entry window

    Logged into IB. Normally use V4.038. This is v5 downloaded today.
    Did have Net 1.1 ... was having this problem so upgraded ... now Net 2.0

    Could be several issues:
    1) Most likely you tried a beta version before B7 and did not manually remove the DB. You need to:
    - manually remove <install>\db\ninjatrader.mdb
    - Control panel->Software->NinjaTrader 5->Change->Repair NinjaTrader 5
    This will install a fresh DB. Note: Trade and strategy data will be lost.
    2) You can not run NT5 on .NET 2.0. Make sure you have installed .NET 1.1 runtime properly as by installation guide.
