Cannot see data on Accounts tab from TWS

    Cannot see data on Accounts tab from TWS

    Hi,

    On monday I reseted the demo account on IB. Since this I cannot see the the data on the Accounts tab (buying power, cash value, etc...). I cannot trade. I'm doing something wrong?

    From TWS I can see the correct data and from IB costumer service they don't know how to solve it.

    On the accounts tab I can see the account number but not the data

    Please execute an order using the IB Demo account within NinjaTrader and let me know if the information then updates.

      Cannot see data on Accounts tab from TWS

      The problem is that, from the orders tab and connecrted to TWS, I cannot see the accounts. The list is disabled. I send screenshots.

        Hello guillembm,

        Can you please go to Control Center-->File and uncheck 'Global Simulation Mode'. You should now be able to select your IB account and execute an order.

          I tried to do it but Global simulation mode is checked but disabled, so I cannot uncheck it

            This indicates you have a license key entered that is not enabled for live trading.

            Do you have a live license that is set to connect to IB? If so, please enter it at Control Center-->Help-->License Key and you should be able to disable 'Global Simulation Mode'.

              I'm using the same license than before. And with this license I've been trading with IB demo. The point is why I can't send orders with the Sim101 account.

              Perhaps I should request another license?

                Can you please email you me your license key to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with 'Attn: Matthew' in the subject line.

                Please include a reference to this thread and the current license key you are using.
