    Log In Error (13)

    Hey there.

    I was unable to log onto my account just a few minutes ago. When I try to connect, it freezes for about 15-20 seconds and I cant press anything.

    A message pops up saying Login Failed: Unable to login(13): permission error.

      zenfire

      Hello,

      I have the same problem,
      the zenfire connection seams to have problems at the moment

      I tried already the legacy api but no success...

        Yes i am getting the same message and unable to connect to the data feed. I am also with zenfire.

          Same problem here with Mirius Futures and Zen-fire. Failed to log-in (13).

              seems like alot of people having the same problem with mirus and zen fire, so hurry up to fix it guys. the fdax is running like crazy today

                    GM guys, we're looking into those reports and can reproduce on some machine here as well - I'll update this thread here when I got more info.

                      Update: please retry your ZenFire connections now, there was an ISP provider backbone issue that should now be ruled out.
