    Kinetick and IB data

I use chart trader to trade. I am having trouble with Kinetick data. My quotes from IB and Kinetick are many times significantly different. When I connect, Kinetick is my first connection and IB is my second. At first the charts and quotes are the same, but quickly become different, when I reload all historical data my chart is correct, but my bid and ask in chart traders is still incorrect. I tried to search for a solution, but was unable to find one. This has happen with many different securities but I am currently trying to trade a December silver contract (YI). IB has an ask of 31.70 and Kinetick has an ask of 31.89. This is causing major problems. The only way I can fix it is to shut down Ninjatrader, and reopen.

    Thanks for any help.

dcrichmond, thanks for the post here - what NT7 release version are you using here? A check could be done under Help > About.

Also: have you already tried a reset of your instruments under Tools > Options > Data and then restarting NT7 fresh?

      I am using 7.0.1000

I refreshed all instruments and it is still different.

dcrichmond, thanks for the quick reply - can you please go to Help > Mail to Support in your NT platform and submit your diagnostic log / trace files for us to review for this issue as well?

        Thanks in advance,

Ok - I am not able to send a email - it times out. I first tried the default (did not work), and then use these setting.

          Server - smtp.gmail.com
          Port - 465 (ssl checked)
My user name and password for gmail.

          What am I doing wrong?

          Thanks

Ok - I got it to work. For others that might be having trouble - I changed my Port from 465 to 587

Thanks for letting us know and sharing that, correct Gmail would need port 587 for SSL.

I like to know if this issue has been resolved?
I'm also having same issue with bad data with MB Trading feed, the candles are incorrect , but after restarting the NT the data is correct. seems like live data is rendered incorrectly?

re-syncing the computer time clock seems to fixed the issue.
