    Orders left on dome

    I have two orders on the dome that I can not cancel. Static dome on sim account.How do I get them off the dome?

    Hello jatrader,

    Please reset the sim101 account to remove these orders. You can reset the sim101 account at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab and click Reset. More information can be found at the link below.

      Thanks that fixed it. I wanted to get that out of the way before the main problem. Ninjatrader is crashing everyday on startup. I tried sending a report via the email function but that crashed it too. What is the best way to resolve this?

        Can you please send me your log and trace files manually for the day the crash occurred last. Please include what time the crash occurred.

        Log and trace files can be found at the following locations.

        C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20110929 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

        C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20110929 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

        Please send them to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and reference this forum thread.

        Am I correct you experience an error to send us your trace file when you experience the crash? If not, please tell me what the error states when NinjaTrader crashes.
