Cabinet File error on installing NinjaTrader

    Cabinet File error on installing NinjaTrader

    This is caused by the installer file being corrupted during download.

    To resolve:
    - Uninstall NT from Windows Control Center > Add/Remove Programs
    - Open up Internet Explorer and click Tools-> Internet Options->Delete->Delete files
    - now try the download again.

    If this doesn't work for you, please try a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox to download NinjaTrader. Please report back to us if you are unable to get the software installed and up and running. Do this by sending a note to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.

    I have tried several times.but still Cabinet File error. My OS is XP sp3.The error message list in the attach files.Need help!

      Have you tried a different web browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome?

      If you are still having issues, please send a note to Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com regarding this error message so we can provide alternative instructions and assistance to install NinjaTrader.

        ok. the problem is solved. I use ramdisk as my IE cache. the cache is limited only 40MB, but the setup file is 43MB. so Cabinet File error happen. I enlarge my IE cache, then the installation is successful. Thank you, Cameron.

            Unfortunately I cannot see the screenshots you posted. Could you please post them again and make sure they are not too large or tell me what issues you experience.

              Could you please post them again and make sure they are not too large.

              Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.

              Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools >
              • Internet Options
              • Delete your browsing history
              • Attempt the download again


              If the above does not work then try:
              • Repeat above instructions
              • Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download


              If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide further instructions.
