    Lost of connection - Can Not connect

    Hi

    I am running on NT 7 - 64 bit.

    I lost connection after being connected approx 4 hours.

    I traid to reconnect to not successfull.

    I tried to close the NT application and re-start it then I get the information "Loginfailed: Unable to login (13) permission error"

    My broker is Mirus Futures

    Can you please assist in solving this problem?

        cant connect

        getting login failed please check your account blah,blah,blah.
        I mean cmon people with todays technology and software, why is it you cant get something to alert/pop-up, whatever to inform us that there are issues on your end, zen-fires end or whomevers besides the end user me and others like me. Even when the remedy works like
        delete acct conn
        put account conn back in
        other platforms and feeds are working without a hitch this morning but not good ol Ninja
        anyway that's my vent for now take it easy

          There was a report of a major ISP outtage which appears to be resolved. Please test your connection at this time and let me know if you are able to connect successfully.

              Hello Michael,

              This is James, Manager in Support responding on behalf of Christopher.

              Essentially an internet service provider (ISP) which supplies Zen-Fire with some of their internet services experienced a lapse in service. I can liken this to a scenario where your home internet goes out.

              Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
