    connection down

    Dorman/zenfire took a dump 7:48 am. Red status, no attemps to reconnect, even when running ninjaterminal strategy.

    Disconnected tda connection, tried 3x to connect, check login and parameters.

    Internet connection fine.

    On my bus to work, probably will work tonight.

        We are having multiple reports from users that they are unable to login to Zen-Fire at this moment.

        However, we do have confirmation that Zen-Fire is aware and currently working on this item.

        I will provide an update when it is available.

          same as last week zenfire is down as usuall, also CQG has problems, looks like traders how use advanced connections like INTERACTIVE BROKERS have no such downtime issues...

            I apologize for the inconvenience and downtime.

            A new update, there was a major Internet Service Provider (ISP) outage. Until the ISP is back up, unfortunately the Zen-Fire connection will be down.

              Hello tradereight,

              could you please tell me, what an 'advanced connection' is. Maybe there is an issue with ZenFire, but if you take a look in the forum, you will find a huge block with connection problems with your so called 'advanced connection'. There is a great difference between dataproviders like ZenFire and Kinetick and those slow connections like IB. Last week, there was an issue from Kinetick (can't download daily data older than 3 month...). So what? Everyone should have a backup-connection (2nd provider...).

                  Unfortunately this is not limited to you, as an ISP (internet service provider) which supplies Zen-Fire with some of their internet services, is currently experiencing a lapse in service. With that said, some Zen-Fire users are unable to login to their accounts while the ISP works to resolve this.

                  Until the ISP comes back online, unfortunately you will not be able to log on.

                        "They" were supposed to install redundant ISP connections so this would never happen again. Does anybody know what happened to that idea or who I should contact to find out? Thanks.

                            Thanks for the report of successfully connecting.

                            As of now we have updates that the connection should be restored and working.

                            Please restart NinjaTrader and retry the connection.
