NT & PFG - Kinetick worthwhile?

Hi,

Currently using NT with a PFG connection. Is there an argument for using Kinetick (KT) data over the PFG ?

Would there be a potential problem using KT with PFG as a broker ?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

When using Kinetick along with PFG this will give you access to unfiltered Futures, Forex, Equities and Indexes data. You will have access to 120 days of Tick data, 2 years of Minute data and 10 years of Daily data within NinjaTrader.

Other users may also have additional input on this topic as well.

But what makes Kineticks data better than PFGs ? And if I am filling with PFG, would that effect anything ?

Kinetick is a supplementary feed that can provide more extensive historical data than PFG, as well as supports market metrics and indexes that PFG does not include. This allows you to execute with PFG and get Kinetick's fast, unfiltered data for instruments that PFG does not support along with the extensive historical data.

Some users like to chart Indexes when trading such as $TICK, $TRIN, etc. or other instruments to monitor the markets with which some brokers may not offer.
