Kinetick Indexes

Hello,

I'm using Kinetick as a data provider with NinjaTrader 7.
I can't figure out how to get Kinetick indexes such as:

S&P 500 $ VOL UP (DI6A.Z)
S&P 500 $ VOL DOWN (DI6D.Z)
S&P 500 $ VOL TOTAL (DI6T.Z)

There are no any Kinetick Market Metrics Indexes in Instrument list. How to get them?

Hello Sergey,

Unfortunately these instruments are not present by default. You will need to create a new instrument.

• Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager and click New.
• Set Instrument type to Index.
• Enable the Default exchange.
• I am not sure what tick size it uses, but select the proper tick size
• Select the Misc-tab and enter the symbol map (DI6A.Z) next to Kinetick.
• Click OK and add it to your instrument list using the arrow pointing to the left.

Subsequently, create a new chart and check if data is loaded for these instruments.

I've done what you said. No data for VI6T.Z at all.
I'm a subscriber of Basic Service of Kinetick and they say that I should get historical minute data.
What to do?
