    connection lost. CQG

    I keep getting the red "connection lost-CQG" in control panel, but chart and Dom still running. Not able to modify or enter any orders. Real Bummer if you have orders running.

    AMP CQG
    Ninja 7 1000.7

    Had the same problem with 7 v6 so upgraded to 7 v7. Funny, I changed over to CQG from zenfire 2 days ago, I wasn´t having any problems with zenfire, but as Amp keep mailing me to change over and AMP clearing site no longer mentions zenfire I thought it wise to change before I had no option.

    Do you want me to e-mail my log to someone?

    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

    In that message, please include:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.

    2.) A copy of today's trace file.
    You will find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    The file I'm looking for would be named 'trace.20111007.txt.'.

          Please make sure you're on the current version of NT V7.0.1000.7

          If you still have items that need to be addressed on the current version, please email your log and trace files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with Attn: Matthew in the subject line and a reference to this thread.

          You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
          • The log file will be named ‘log.20111205.txt’

          You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
          • The trace file will be named ‘trace.20111205.txt’
