I want to chip in too with the request to be able to have multiple workspaces open at the same time.
I understand that you can have a complex multi windows workspace that can span to multiple monitors, but it is a very bad solution. Of course, if the only thing you do is to day trade the ES, then one single workspace open at the time may be sufficient.
Traders like me have several monitors each neatly organized in its own workspace.
This is very important because I may have a workspaces dedicated to Forex or one workspace dedicated to my open position, one for news, one for commodities, one for international markets etc.
I want to be able to open a workspace in a monitor, let say the forex one, and still have my open positions workspace uninfluenced in another monitor.
I do not want a huge complex workspace and then change few windows at the time and reorganize each time - It is a nightmare.

Hi Ninjas,
please add my vote to the request. It would be nice to have a button in the workspaces dropdown menu (near to close, save as, save, and so on) with the option to display or hide. Like it converts from hide to display with each click. Would be tremendously helpful.
Greetings

NinjaTrader_Zachary Please add my vote too. How can we know 2 or more workspaces are actually running in the background and not just available but actually running? Greg

Hello Greg,
Thank you for your reply.
No problem! I've added a vote to SFT-1433 on your behalf. With regard to your questions, if a workspace is open at all, it is actively running even if it is not visible. You can tell if a workspace is open and running in the background because it will have a grey box next to it's name in the Workspaces menu while a visible workspace has a green box next to it's name in the Workspaces menu.Zachary S.NinjaTrader Customer Service
