Distribution Grahps

Hello NT support,

Could somebody clarify how it is calculated the Distribution graphs in Strategy Analyzer based on hour/ half-hour? In the NT help there isn't about it any information at all. When I have an profitable or losing trade (enter and exit), which Time base, Entry or Exit will contain the finally result value? I know, all entry and exit times are based on the time stamp of the bar, but how will exactly calculated the Entry and Exit Cumulative Profit? Please attach the calculate!

yes, I know. but do you know how it is calculated or NOT the Entry and Exit distribution? if yes, it is sure, since you are the NT support, could you release it?

Ron, that would depend on the time base you choose - if you choose entry time here, the distribution is calculated ignoring the exit time of your trades and vice versa for choosing the exit time as base. It basically depends on the perspective from which you're looking at your trades what's included in it and what is not.

Hello Bertrand,

The good news: the calculating method of Ditsribution is very simple, I succeed in find out easyway. It can be reproduced in 5-10 min if you use excel using data of trades.
