    Error on installation

    I try several times, even in differents pcs and I always get this error. Please, help me.

    Welcome to our forums here :

    Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application :
    Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
    Delete your browsing history
    Attempt the download again

    If the above does not work then try:
    Repeat above instructions
    Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download

    If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide further instructions.

          Were you able to download and install NT properly with the directions sent via email?

            Hi, I have problem upgrading to the latest NT version from older version 7.0.1000.1.

            First I uninstalled the old NT 7 version without knowing that I have to follow certain steps before uninstalling the older version in order to upgrade to the latest version. But now when I try to re-install ver7.0.1000.1, the following error was encountered:

            "Failed to download NinjaTrader"

            So now I am stuck, I cannot install the latest version as I have to re-install the older NT 7 version first. Pls help asap. Thanks.

                    Installation problems

                    I receive the following message when trying to open Ninja Trader v7.

                    Source= "C:\users\documents\ninjatrader7\db\ninjatrader.sd f"

                    Can anyone offer any help as to how to open the progtam?

                      In the message, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.
                      You will find that diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
                      The file I need is named 'trace.20111122.txt'.

                        "NinjaTrader Application has stopped working"

                        Hi there,

                        Installed version 7.0.1000.7 on Windows 7 with SP1 pre-installed, .NET Framework 4

                        Windows Error message after entering license key: "NinjaTrader Application has stopped working"

                        NinjaTrader will not launch, please help

                          You can find those in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > log / trace folders.
