    instrument manager pop up

    Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right place for this question so a mod can place it in the correct area if needed. I have a lifetime license for NT and subscribe to Kinetick. I have it linked to IB and have no data subsription with IB. I have been trading on SIM to get the hang of things this month and tried to trade live on Friday. When I enter a live order on chart trader. Example(buy 100 SDS @35.00 limit) I get a pop up saying. Error: please assign additional exchange to this instrument in the instrument manager. How can I correct this? Thank you

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

please have him use the steps below to add the additional Exchange required to trade this instrument with IB:
    • Tools
    • Instrument
    • Manager
    • Select SDS within the
    • Available Master Instrument List
    • Click Edit
    • Definitions tab
    • Put a check next to Arca within the Exchange list
    • Click Ok

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

thank you. I did this and tried it out with 100 shares SDS. another pop up appeared
"The following order "ID.1" price exceeds the percentage contraint of 3% according to the Global configuration presets(163). Is this something that I need to change in Ninja? Or IB?
      Thanks
