Chart time doesnt update ( + wrong data plot) with Realtime Kinetick datafeed

Hello ,
I am using Ninjatrader 64 bit 7.0.1000 with Interactive Brokers and just signed up for paid Kinetick data feed.

I have tried this with Range and Minute charts:

When I am just connected to IB, timestamp (x axis) on Range and Minute charts update just fine in realtime. When I am connected to KINETICK, the timestamp on the charts are not updating...
This just seems to be basic functionality and it should work???
I have attached the 2 image files.
The Wrong_A.jpg shows the times and the wrong plotted chart.
Right_B.jpg shows the refreshed chart after restart Ninjatrader and view it again.

IB feed works fine though..

Welcome to our forums approx - can you please check into your log tab on the NT Control Center (rightmost tab) and see if there's any message about delayed data seen? You can also contact me via Help > Mail to Support and I will check your logs then automatically submitted to us for this.

You are right Bert and thanks for your prompt reply!
The log does say that data is delayed:
10/25/2011 12:30:30 AM Default '6E 12-11' market data is delayed since your account does not have a real time subscription for the exchange this market trades on

It seems to be real time now.
Why was the data delayed when I do have subscription for it? I had signed up for it a few hours ago.

You're welcome, glad to hear - it could take a few moments until the real time exchanges subscriptions are set on the servers.
