ESignal German Stocks not display intraday data

    ESignal German Stocks not display intraday data

    Hi,

    I just open an account with ESignal for German stocks.
    I configured the instruments manually.
    Daily data display correctly nut intraday I get an empty chart.
    In Esignal charts I can see the intraday data.

    How can I solve this?

    freewind, is any intraday level data streaming into NT's Control Panel?

    Do you see any log tab errors in NT as your create your test charts for the intraday data?

      When I look at the Data manager I see that I get intraday data till May 19, 2011(It is also display on the chart). After that the data manager is empty.

        That could be the case freewind, the historical data accessible for API / external programs can differ from the data displayed / offered in standalone eSignal.

          So what you mean is that it is not possible to use NT for German stocks with Esignal?
          Is it a know problem? Do you have a reference in Esignal I can consult with because the Esignal support personal are not supporting NT problems.

            freewind, that is possible but the historical data range you could access might be different via NT than what you see directly on eSignal, there are limitation in eSignal for 3rd party programs data access. If you contact me at support at ninjatrader dot com with your eSignal logins and stocks you see issues with I will gladly give this a test here.

              Hi Bertrand,

              The problem was that you need to configure the instrument symbol for ESignal in capital letter.
              But now there is a new problem that some of the instruments don't get real-time update and not generating new bars.

                That's correct, it would need to be exactly as used eSignal itself / their Data Manager / Symbol guide for example.

                Can you please contact me via Help > Mail to Support and include your eSignal credentials and symbols giving you still issues currently so we can test it here for you and check into further?
