    blank SuperDOM

    Good day,

    I am demo trading future using AMP broker and Zen-fire connection.The SuperDOM( both static and dynamic) price ladder doesn't display any price.It's just blank and i can't do anything with it. The charts are fine and the Chart Trader works. Is demo account not allowed to trade with DOM? or user error? The instrument is CL 12-11.

    Thank you for your post.

    Do you have CL 12-11 available in the Instrument drop down menu within the SuperDOM? If you do not have it available please add CL 12-11 to your Default Instrument List.

      Added to the default instrument list,now it works! Thanks Christopher(and your reply was fast too)! will post again, if there is any further problem.

        Still no Dom

        Hello,
        I am using my Sim 101 account connected to Kinetick date. I have ES 12-11 selected and still get no prce acivity on my super dom. What am I doing wrong?

          Thanks for your post.

          Are you using a full Kinetick account or the free end of day service?

          To load data in the SuperDOM using Kinetick, you would need to be using a full Kinetick account which was subscribed to level I and II data for the instrument you are attempting to view.

            I have paid subscription to Kinetick and it still doesn't work I have esz1 on my default instruments and super dom is still blank.

              Hello danhoff,

              Can you please disconnect Kinetick and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader and check if you now receive data for the ES 12-11 in NinjaTrader once connected.

                Didn't work, howver i can't see Static SuperDOM now, only Dynami SuperDOM available in the New -> Menu

                  Likely your license key is configured for the Dynamic SuperDOM, so you can only select the Dynamic SuperDOM.

                  Do you experience any error messages in the Control Center-->Log-tab when you select the ES instrument in NinjaTrader?

                  What version do you have installed? You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About.

                  Do you receive real-time data for other instruments or do you not receive data at all?

                    I used to have Static Super DOM and it was working, i was able to open it.

                      Hello danhoff,

                      Can you please check if you have version 7.0.1000.7 installed.

                      Likely you had the free license key entered when you were able to open a Static SuperDOM. If you send me an email at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, I can forward you the free license key. You can send me your license key this way as well so I can confirm if the license is set to the Dynamic SuperDOM. Please reference this forum thread in your email.
