Just moved nt6.5 nt7x64 now Collective2 not getting trades

    Just moved nt6.5 nt7x64 now Collective2 not getting trades

    I have been using nt6.5 with collective2 for over a year with live subscribers. I just did a fresh install of nt7 x65bit and connected to my gain capital live account and have a NT multi-broker license. I set up the account group and put a *EURUSD in the collective2 instrument mapping.

    When a trade is placed on eurusd it does not send to c2, there is nothing referencing c2 in the log files.

    Please help.

    What was the account group name you used?

    What was the exact value you used for the C2 symbol map? Did you use *EURUSD or *EUR/USD? The correct C2 Forex mapping symbol in Ninjatrader is *EUR/USD

        Thanks the setup should be good.

        When you submit the order, are you placing it to your sim101 account, live account, or to the account group directly? (i.e., What account was selected when the order was submitted?)

          I had added a Sim102 Account to that group. The trades were place against it.

            Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files, Attn: Matthew in the Subject line and a reference to this thread.

            You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
            • The log file will be named ‘log.20111116.txt’

            You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
            • The trace file will be named ‘trace.20111116.txt’

            Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.
