I am currently using a paid license NT7 for IB. Now I am considering to add AMP for futures trading. However, I can not find out the selection of CQG data source from my NT7 (for their demo account set up). Please advise how to solve this? If I go live trading with AMP, do I need to pay multi-license fees? Right now, it seemed to me that AMP is offering a free version of NT7 for live trading.
