user logged in elsewhere

This is happening lately "MBT: user logged in elsewhere" and today three times any ideas?

Are you logged in through QuoteTracker or the MBT navigator prior to trying to connect through NinjaTrader? Does any other computer you own or use have your account on it?

Please let me know if I may assist further.

Yes I have QT running on the same machine and some times QT on a different machine but the trading connection is turned off only the data comes thru, the MB navigator comes on with NT but is not visual.

Not today I am up and running for 4 hours and has int happend yet.

Thanks for letting us know.

Must be something related to the multiple logins in this case.

Only thing you could consider is pining MBT to see if there is a workaround on the account or some switch they could flip.

Hi Brett I try that before and it cost me a ton of money for data feed that I dint use nor needed, now the reason I use QT in conjunction is because if I rely on NT7 I will loose my a*s. So for me to rely on NT exclusively for trading I need real help with the "lagging data" problem we discuss in the past which is still present. Look at the image and tell me if you trade this with real money. I have tested all the suggestions provided here but the problem is still here if QT and ThingOrSwim platforms can handle the volume on the same machine then I expect NT to do the same.

I have a video if you need it and please don’t jump on giving me suggestions thin about it...

Do you still have the case were we worked on this before so we can reopen it back up so we are not starting fresh. Can you please reply to me on that not with this thread referenced for ATTN: Brett.

If not please email me at support at ninjatrader dot com referencing this post. You most likely have a specific indicator that is coded improperly that is causing the performance issue or something else going on I would suspect.
